Accessibility

Alpaca Festival is committed to accessibility, however, due to our funding situation and other limitations we have not been able to secure fully accessible buildings. We have tried here to give as much information as possible about the venues we are using at the festival.

Israac

  • There are 3 steps into the main entrance.
  • The nearest accessible toilet is round the corner in Waitrose, Ecclesall Rd, Sheffield S11 8HY. (still confirming venue toilets and will update asap)
  • All events will be seated.
  • Closed captioning will not be available.
  • Quiet room/space: TBC.

CADS Arley Street

  • Step free access is available.
  • There is an accessible toilet in the venue.
  • Seating is available and it is possible to have a seated view of the stage.
  • There is no quiet room available. However, our studio can be used if needed, just ask a member of the team.
  • Strobing visuals may be used.
  • Closed captioning will not be available.

Delicious Clam

  • The venue is on street level with a small step, step-free access into the venue can be arranged.
  • There is no accessible toilet. The nearest accessible toilet is in the Banker’s Draft pub, 1-3 Market Pl, Sheffield City Centre, Sheffield S1 2GH
  • There is no quiet room available. However, there is outside space away from the live music.
  • A seated view of the stage can be provided on request.
  • Strobing visuals may be used.

Panke

  • There is step free access to the ground floor, however the main event space is up a set of stairs with no lift.
  • The nearest accessible toilet is in the Banker’s Draft pub, 1-3 Market Pl, Sheffield City Centre, Sheffield S1 2GH (still confirming venue toilets and will update asap)
  • There is no quiet room available. However, there is outside space away from the live music.
  • A seated view of the stage can be provided on request.
  • Strobing visuals may be used.

Personal assistant tickets

Free personal assistant tickets are available – please email sheffield@patternclub.org to request these.
